  • Handling a high volume of client support requests via phone, email and web;
  • Providing customer service by performing question/problem diagnosis in order to transfer call/case to appropriate technical support group;
  • Resolving our customers issues whenever possible;
  • Reviewing support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy.


  • IT or technical background or experience;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Fluency in Polish, French or Spanish language is a big plus;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work late night shifts;
  • Strong enthusiasm and desire to learn.
