What you will be doing

Would you like to work in a product area that is growing and identified as strategic for growth in the coming years? Are you ready for a digital journey to provide seamless product integration with client's value chain? Would you like to help our customers to optimize working capital and reduce risks? We are looking for a motivated and drive-capable team manager to our team, who is willing to take an IT lead role in the Receivables tribe.

You will join one of our software development units, leading a growing agile team consisting of around 10 people. You will be responsible for Receivables and Supply Chain Financing products across Nordics, Germany, Lithuania, and UK and protecting the interests of SEB customers while maintaining the highest level of service. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essences of our daily work.

As a IT team manager, you will be responsible for
  • Daily deliveries in the team, scaling Agile activities and delivering business value through cross-functional teams
  • Drive LCM and Technology digital journey by taking an IT Lead role in the Receivables Tribe Management team
  • Hiring new staff, managing performance, coaching and mentoring team members
  • Operational risk management, budget management, and reporting
  • Working strategically and tactically in a proactive way with a focus on customer value, digitalization, and efficiency.

Who we are looking for
  • Successful and proven experience leading a software development team in Agile environment
  • Educational background in IT or strong technical knowledge
  • Strong personality with the ability to drive change, see a bigger picture and build a strong and effective team
  • Ability to manage scopes and deliverables in a planned and structured manner
  • Self-driven and adaptive mindset to changing priorities and requirements
  • Effective communication, stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Excellent English language skills.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3450 – 5550 Eur (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
