What will you do?
- You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting IT and mobile networks 24 hours a day. per day
- You will be responsible for transmitting fault information to the responsible teams, for their analysis and escalation of the problem within the company
- You will resolve customer complaints related to network problems
What do we expect?
- University education in IT/ Telecommunications/ Electronic Engineering or similar field (work schedule is also suitable for students)
- Telecommunications and IT knowledge (advantage)
- Good knowledge of English
