What You Will Do

  • Own the success of our business customers;
  • Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure we are maximizing their experience;
  • Identify upsell opportunities within customers;
  • Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment;
  • Proactively identify team process improvements.

Basic Criteria & Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading customer engagements with a demonstrated ability to deliver positive results for customers;
  • Excitement about immersing yourself in the world of Sales - Operations, technology, and customer evangelism;
  • Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills
  • Creativity and thinking out-of-the box qualities;
  • Knowledge or experience on key sales/mailing tools would be cool.
