As a core member of our Enhanced Middle Office team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
As a core member of our Enhanced Middle Office team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
- You will review invoices for completeness and correctness in accordance to Company's and Client's procedures and policies.
- You will arrange authorization to proceed with a payment in a timely manner.
- You will prepare payments in the online banking system or execute manual instructions in a timely manner. Follow control procedure to double-check accuracy of payment details.
- You will reconcile transactions with payment lists on a regular basis in order to ensure that payments are executed by the bank.
- You will participate in fulfilling technical part of bank accesses disposal process and record the results properly.
- You will follow Transaction monitoring, Compliance, KYC and Payment security procedure in accordance to Company's and Client's policies.
- You will scan, code and file/upload invoices and supporting documents according to the Company's procedures and policies.
- You will produce accurate reports by mapping basic payment data and importing entries from the source file into the report, adhering to Client's and Citco procedures.
Requirements
- You have a University degree or last year student in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are accurate and attentive to details.
- You have very good communication skills and ability to multitask.
- If you have an experience in an international environment, it would be an advantage.
