In this position, you'll take your analytical abilities to new heights by being responsible for creating or modifying reports, assessing call volume preparation, average handling time and other factors that show productivity and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in preparing reports, customer inquiries and data analysis.

- Fluency in English (no less than B2 level);
- Ability to work with Google sheets/Excel;
- Logical and analytical mindset;
- Ability to translate technical language into user-friendly and vice versa;
- Acquired higher education (or last course student);
- Experience with system integration (would be an advantage).
