About the job

Together with your team you will be responsible for all matters related to IT in IKEA retail organization:

• Secure stability and operation of IT services involved in business processes;
• Provide technical support to end users.

What you will be doing as a Junior IT specialist

• Perform all daily tasks according to set processes, rules and guidelines;
• Handle local IT helpdesk tickets, including hardware problems, telephony-related issues, and various software systems;
• Write new and update existing documentation for IT solutions;
• Participate in company's IT projects.

Our new team member in this position will be learning how to manage the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) system administration and gain not only valuable experience but also become a successor for senior colleagues.
