Junior IT Support Analyst

COWI's Global Service Desk acts as a competence centre, capable to solve most IT incidents without escalation. To perform as first-line support to all types of IT requests from our internal users, we are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team. You will be part of COWI's Group IT team that provides global IT solutions that enable COWI's business innovation.

COWI have been using ServiceNow for more than 5 years and it has proven to be a successful Service Management tool with a skilled focus on IT and Business Support.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Support global COWI IT users
  
• Register all requests to Service Desk
  
• Conduct webinars and make video-guides
  
• Prepare technical and support documentation

We would be thrilled to hear from candidates who resemble the following:

• Knowledge about Microsoft product bundle including, but not limited to, installation and configuration
  
• Understanding of computer network principles and practices
  
• Very good English skills in writing but particularly verbal
  
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology would be an advantage

The salary for this position ranges from 1500 to 1700 EUR, before taxes. We believe in your commitment; therefore, the final offer will be based on your competencies and experience.
