Junior KYC Operations Specialist

We are currently partnering with an international, fast-growing fintech company that provides payment solutions and financial services across multiple markets. To support the growth of their operations hub in Vilnius, we are looking for a Junior KYC Operations Specialist on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with a strong possibility to extend or transition to a permanent position.

This role is a great opportunity for a junior professional who has already had some exposure to AML/KYC or similar compliance/operations tasks and who wants to grow in an international environment and develop in the fintech and payments area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure efficient execution of daily customer operations tasks in compliance with internal standards, market best practices, and SLA requirements.
• Review client/company data and KYC/KYB documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and update regular reports for internal teams and clients.
• Maintain internal process documentation and the team knowledge base.
• Support clients on financial and reporting‑related questions, ensuring clear, timely and professional communication.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field is an advantage).
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written).
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer focus, with good analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working with multicultural, international clients.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French or Italian (B2 level or higher) and/or other additional languages.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or understanding of payment processing, KYC/KYB standards and financial compliance regulations.
