Junior Supply Coordinator

Job description:

  • Negotiate better deals and monitor all purchasing activities;
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts to minimise the aircraft downtime;
  • Ensure that all materials are in compliance with the regulations and best commercial conditions;
  • Administer parts using OASES system;
  • Monitor and arrange stock replenishment;
  • Coordinate logistics;
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers;
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties delegated by Supply Manager.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and positive attitude;
  • Very good command of written and spoken English;
  • Accuracy, attention to details;
  • Ability to work in a team and individually.
