Data storage. How long do we store your personal data?

  1. Data collected for the purpose specified in paragraph 1.1 of the Privacy Policy “What are the purposes and bases for handling your personal data?” when:
    1. you have provided them by registering with the Website, we will keep until you are registered with the Website, i.e. until you delete your account;
    2. you have provided them without having registered with the Website, we will keep for 5 (five) years.
  2. Data collected for the purpose specified in paragraph 1.2 of the Privacy Policy “What are the purposes and bases for handling your personal data?”, we shall store for the term specified in the cookie notice referred to in paragraph 6 of this Privacy Policy “How do we use cookies?”.
  3. Data collected for the purpose specified in paragraph 1.3 of the Privacy Policy “What are the purposes and bases for handling your personal data?”, we shall store until you are registered with the Website, i.e. as long as you do not delete your account, or withdraw you consent in a manner provided in paragraph 6 of this Privacy Policy “Do we use your personal data for direct marketing?”
  4. Data collected for the purpose specified in paragraph 1.4 of the Privacy Policy “What are the purposes and bases for handling your personal data”, we shall keep for 1 (one) year from the date of receipt of relevant personal data.
  5. We shall keep your personal data no longer than required by the purposes of data processing or provided by law if a longer time limit for storage is set therein.
  6. We shall seek not to keep outdated, irrelevant personal data, and therefore having updated them (e.g. by revising your data in your account, changing information, etc.), only relevant information shall be kept. How do we protect your personal data?

Our personnel or personnel of our suppliers operating outside the EU can also handle them.
