a responsible attitude to work and the team's result;
Category B driver's license.

We are looking for someone who is well versed in the production of frame houses and wants to use their accumulated experience in organizing work and supervising the production process.

This is not work on a construction site. All production takes place in modern closed premises with heating and air conditioning.
Your main responsibility is to ensure that the work goes smoothly, according to the drawings and deadlines, and that the team works in an organized and efficient manner.

You will organize and supervise the daily work of a small production team.
You will ensure that the work is carried out according to the drawings, the planned work progress and deadlines.
You will distribute tasks to employees and help maintain order and clear work priorities in production.
You will monitor the production process and notice possible errors or discrepancies in time.
You will contribute to more efficient use of materials and prevention of defects.
You will cooperate with the project manager in planning the need for materials and the progress of work.
You will coordinate the sequence of work of subcontractors and ensure their smooth involvement in projects.
I collaborated with the project designer to ensure the high-quality implementation of the planned technical and visual solutions.

Experience in the production of frame or modular houses.
Ability to read drawings and understand production processes.
Ability to organize people's work and ensure a smooth workflow.
Attention to detail and the ability to notice potential problems or errors in production in a timely manner.
Willing to share their experience with less experienced team members and help them integrate into the work faster.
Responsible attitude to quality, order and rational use of materials.
