Job description

UAB Vilandra is known as one of the largest FMCGs and pharmaceutical product distribution company providing sales, marketing, shelf monitoring and logistics services in Baltic states : Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.

We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager for Latvia market who could work in Vilnius or Ryga. This role requires someone with an immense passion and an entrepreneurial spirit to work and win the Sales function. It is an office based role but with frequent travelling from Vilnius to Ryga so there maybe a need for overnight stay on occasions and some flexibility with working hours.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our fantastic customer relationships while delivering the strong levels of growth in volume, value and share that we and our customers have come to expect over recent times.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for existing and new food, pharma and hygiene, cosmetics products development in Latvia market, such as Fisherman’s friend, Haribo, Vileda, Neutrogena;
  • Participating in preparation of sales plans and marketing campaigns as well as implementing activities;
  • Cooperating with other departments based in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia;
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives;
  • Insuring constant market share growth by developing assortment and long-term successful cooperation with a portfolio of clients;


  • Successful experience as a Key Account Manager in FMCG;
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting trustworthy relationship with retail chains in Latvia market;
  • Possibility to travel to Latvia;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Very good negotiation and problem solving skills;
  • Fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian (Latvian would be an advantage);
  • University degree would be an advantage;
