We are gathering kickstarters group that will join our program at the end of April. During it you will have an opportunity to learn and get the flavour of life in Finance - financial data entry, accounting, month end closing, quality controls. How it will look like:
· You will perform daily/weekly tasks depending on assignment
· You will cooperate with different teams
· You will participate in process changes, improvements, and efficiency activities together with other team members.
Our teams & managers provide excellent support and materials to get you on board with these tasks as neatly as possible.
Thus, no matter what’s your previous job experience, Kickstarter position is there for you to start a new career in banking!

Who we are looking for:
- Strong motivation to develop in financial field
- Fluency in English
- Growth mindset, responsibility, and time management skills
- Self-driven, positive, and open-minded
- Understanding of banking products and financial terminology or relevant education (finance, banking, economics or etc.) are considered as advantage

Monthly salary range for this position: 1450 - 1800 EUR (before tax deduction). 6 month temporary contract. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
