You will be responsible for:
Customer service by phone and email with both individuals and companies.
Ensure that each client's request is received with care and prompt assistance;
Prepare offers for both individuals and business clients;
Resolve any misunderstandings related to the implementation of the order;
Represent the company with impeccable customer service;
Organization of banquets/buffet (events);

We hope you:
You have experience in sales and/or customer service, you like it and are successful at it (sales experience in the field of public catering - an advantage);
Have successful experience in a B2B sales position and/or in project management, event organization;
Experience in the food trade and/or production sector (an advantage);
You know how to establish contact, listen and hear the customer's expectations and needs;
You are able to solve problems promptly and constructively, make proposals;
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
You have very good computer skills;
You speak and write correctly in Lithuanian (knowledge of English, Russian - an advantage)
You have a driver's license.
Have successful experience in a B2B sales position and/or in project management, event organization;
