We are looking for a Customer Representative who is able to manage situations, make decisions and take responsibility for the result.

This is a dynamic job, where many things are happening at the same time - from everyday issues to more complex situations, and the results require patience and consistency.

The essence of this job is not just to react to situations, but to resolve them to the end.
In the long run, this means very specific things: fewer recurring problems, clearer order in the house and less worries for residents.

It is important to understand before applying:

  • The amount of work is high, especially at the beginning;
  • Situations are constantly changing – new questions and needs arise;
  • There will not always be a clear sense of “completion” – the main thing is to consistently move towards the result;
  • This is a job for people who are able to work with a constant flow and maintain stability.

What will you do:

  • You will communicate with apartment building residents and resolve their issues;
  • You will manage situations and coordinate solutions with internal teams;
  • You will ensure that problems are resolved to the end;
  • You will organize residents' meetings and present solutions;
  • You will reconcile different opinions and seek consensus;
  • You will propose solutions that improve the condition of the house and the quality of life;
  • You will build long-term relationships with assigned communities.

What to expect:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, management or coordination;
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for their implementation;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage several situations at the same time;
  • Patience and consistency in achieving results that are not always achieved immediately;
  • Resistance to stress and the ability to maintain control in more complex situations;
  • Independence, initiative and internal stubbornness;
  • Openness to change and willingness to work with different systems and new tools (including AI).

Salary

From 2640 €/mon. gross
The base salary is from 2,640 EUR (before taxes) + monthly bonuses, the amount of which is unlimited, depending on the competencies, results achieved and motivation.
