I am Jennie Tolf and I am leading the Enterprise Workplace unit within Enterprise Service, part of Telia IT. We are a team with +40 teammates, divided into three service teams. We are a great team, and we work a lot to become even greater when it comes to internal collaboration and team spirit.

At Enterprise Workplace we are responsible for the management of the internal Telia workplace operations. The workplace team is on an exciting journey to improve and modernize our services and our processes, right now especially around collaboration tools since we are an important part of the Digital Employee Experience area and our new blended workplace situation. Right now, I am looking for a Service Manager to work within the Workplace team. We need you, who are quality-focused, forward-thinking and have a customer centric focus to join this dedicated and energetic team, where you will be a key player!

Your focus will be on running Microsoft Teams but the responsibility covers more than Teams and other collaboration platforms will be added over the course of time since we see an increased need for tools in this area due to our changed work environment; we are more than ever relying on tools to support us in our daily collaboration and co-creation tasks.


Your next challenge?

The Value Added Service team today consists of 12 persons plus an architect and a delivery manager to support the team and work together with it to make sure we are on the right track when it comes to stakeholder management, roadmaps, and ways of working. We introduced SAFe in the second half of 2020 and are adjusting our planning etc accordingly.

Who are you?

You have a passion for customers, service improvement and leadership. To fit the bill, you have previous experience of governing services/products and preferably some direct work experience with collaboration tools and customer services management. You know and understand the related processes, both from an ITIL and business perspective. Since you will be working closely with many different stakeholders and users in an international environment, great communications skills in English are crucial. You should also have experience in Service management, and you want to be a part of an ongoing change journey!

  • Customer/user focused and enjoy driving improvements to simplify processes and increase user satisfaction
  • Analytical, structured and quality oriented
  • Proactive, self-driven and forward-thinking, typically recognizing new opportunities
  • Efficient, quick learner and open to try new ways-of-working

Your experience:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and writing) and very good general communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with services management
  • Operational experience of running and maintaining services

Experiences that are nice to have:

  • Experience working with Office 365
  • Experience creating user guidelines and instructions
  • Generic understanding of different collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom and so on
  • Operational experience of running and maintaining Microsoft Teams
  • Experience agile methodology, for example SAFe
