Job description

  • Proof-read, format and prepare final versions of legal documents for execution
  • Provide assistance, monitor and organize other regulatory, contracting and compliance tasks
  • Establish and maintain internal legal processes
  • Ensure, that the company complies with laws and guidelines related to our business
  • Help to build and manage a library of templates and standards
  • KYC procedures prior to opening/reopening a client relationship when needed

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year legal work experience preferably in the Financial Services market (banking regulatory experience or experience at Fintech company is a strong advantage)
  • Master degree in Law with strong academic credentials (may be the last year student)
  • Extensive knowledge of the payments industry (legal regulation and commercial practices)
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
  • Proactive in identifying organizational needs, a self-starter, with a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
