Your daily tasks would consist of:
We’re looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Northeast Europe and Central Asia regional office in Vilnius, Lithuania. If you are creative, proactive, attentive to detail and willing to apply interdisciplinary knowledge at the international level, we are waiting for you.
- Assistance with management of projects related to detection and analysis of intellectual property infringements online and offline
- Support to Legal and Intelligence team by carrying out open source intelligence data analysis, drafting reports
- Administration and management of data and communication
- Assistance with and management of online and offline market monitoring
- Drafting administrative documents, official responses, specialist statements
- Assistance with office management tasks
- Organize and maintain data, electronic and paper document files
- Communication and coordination of matters between clients and external counsels or other offices.
Our requirements for the position would be:
- An advanced proficiency in English and Lithuanian (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills (knowledge of business language and email communication)
- Ability to adapt to interchanging tasks
- Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision, track and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking
- Legal and Intellectual Property knowledge would be an asset
