What you’ll be doing…

We're searching for a rockstar localisation project manager to join our company for a long term engagement.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the localisation process of our brands in multiple markets like Germany, France, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, etc.
  • Manage multiple concurrent localisation projects, including scoping, handoff and handback, status tracking, query management, content publication and quality check, delivery, and reporting.
  • Assess translators’ relevant knowledge, skill sets, experiences
  • Ensure top-notch translations of our website, app, and marketing content
  • Daily management of all tasks products, as Primary PM
  • Understanding the importance of, and contributing to KPI matrices (on-time delivery, quality, timely resolutions of issues and queries)
  • Anticipate potential problems with assigned projects/products; proactively provide potential solutions/mitigation to internal teams; troubleshoot best practices per project/product

We’re looking for someone with…

  • More than 3 years of project management and brand localisation experience, including website and marketing content
  • Demonstrated tenacity, resilience, and leadership experience that enables you to organize and lead programs and teams, overcome challenges, and propose solutions. We seek a highly motivated self-starter with a track-record of “figuring it out.”
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs to delivery in localisation, international product development, or other international business contexts. Experience in content and marketing is a plus.
  • Experience managing a team of onsite and/or offsite linguists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent financial awareness, enthusiastic and hardworking
  • Self-sufficient and reliable, ability and willingness to learn new tools
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly in writing (English) and face-to-face online
  • Technical proficiency working with and troubleshooting different computer platforms, tools and ability to understand proprietary systems
