Job description

It is a part time remote position with a high possibility to become a full time. Market Coordinator will be responsible for event organization, inventory control, order processing, business support material development, editing content on the website, shipping, financial records and reporting to Headquarters. He/she must be willing to travel.

  • Supports and assists with monthly event planning, organizing, and implementation in country or region as needed.
  • Performs a broad range of administrative and operational functions including short and long term goals, asset management, cost control, budget development and implementation, assisting in the establishment of operational standards, procedures and policies for the country or region.
  • Assists with Business Support Materials (BSMs) including books, CDs, MP3, books, website content and other educational and motivational materials sales and promotion as well as inventory management.
  • Provides timely and accurate reporting to headquarters according to set corporate guidelines.
  • Managing the website and social media: adding and editing content
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with customers, vendors and headquarter management and colleagues.
  • Assists and supports customers in the establishment and support of their business.
  • Maintains effective and on-going communications with headquarters, customers and vendors through multiple avenues of media.


  • College degree and a minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience required. Experience in international business and operations desired.
  • Event management or similar experience.
  • Fluent in English (MUST speak, read and comprehend English)
  • Fluent in Lithuanian (native preferable)
  • Experience in marketing and publishing industry are highly desired
  • Tech experience a plus, but not required

  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized: prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently.
  • Able to work on multiple projects.
