Darbo pobūdis

● The Global Marketing Manager will work across Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and Public Relations to deliver global strategy for the U.S., Europe and Asia markets. You will be highly metric driven and used to using data to track performance and optimize output. Strong communication skills are a must as you will play a vital role in helping our teams, companies (globally active) translate great products into great sales.

● The successful candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for the companies’ demand generation funnel spanning all performance marketing operations across multiple channels, including production of engaging ad content, hands-on campaign optimisation, email campaigns, analytics and reporting, as well as social media channel management.

● The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, combining analytical mind and creative capabilities, with a “get-things-done” attitude, who would thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will collaborate with in-house engineers, designers, salespeople and business developers to run effective campaigns, so ability to work in a flexible environment and be reliable is a must.


● Experience in development, executing and managing multi-channel performance marketing strategy: paid ad campaigns across search, social and retargeting networks.

● Optimising copy and landing pages for search engine optimisation.

● Proven SEO experience, at least 3 years experience.

● Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.

● Ability to plan, define and execute demand generation funnel for smart office and furniture products suite.

● Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn (and maybe a bit of TikTok).

● Measure and report the performance of each social media campaign.

● Consolidate and build internal reports for analysing campaigns and other marketing activity results on a weekly basis.

● Managing company’s PR, social media accounts, website administration and other aspects of external communication.

● Building rapport and working closely with other members of the business development and sales teams as well as across other departments to develop creatives and content to ensure brand consistency.

● Organize and manage internal and external events.

● Travel on a monthly basis abroad to connect with the factories and the advertising agencies where group companies operate.

● Strong copywriting skills – you craft engaging social media content for various channels and are able to write content for landing pages and ad campaigns.

● Deep understanding of all the different social media platforms and their best practices.

● Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

● Excellent organisational skills, often working to tight deadlines.

● B2B scale-up experience is a big plus.

● Native-level English, both spoken and written (essential). Additional languages – a plus!

● Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done, both in strategy level and in hands on activities.

● Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (corporate position).

● An ethical backbone: you have integrity, know how to play in a team and are committed to excellence.

● Understanding of the digital landscape.
