We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who's great at building a Marketing Strategy and implementing it.

We started as a small bike shop in Lithuania and quickly rose to become one of the top bicycle e-shops in one year flat.

After gaining experience in both brick-and-mortar shop and e-commerce, we decided to launch the marketplace - a place where medium and small retail shops could sell their bicycle products worldwide.

Since then, we have gained partnerships with more than 70 companies across 23 European countries and have received 300.000 Eur of seed investment.

Ultimately, our mission is to inspire others to grow their businesses by using e-commerce channels and boost their sales.

After all, it doesn't matter how great of a product or service you have if you can't sell it!


Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Marketing strategy creation and implementation on a local and global scale.
Developing and implementing communication online and offline.
Implementing best marketing practices to boost the company’s growth and expansion to other markets.

Reporting work-in-progress updates to the CEO

Keeping close cooperation with commercial and IT teams to ensure good communication and smooth workflow.

Similar marketing role experience
Experience with start-ups would be considered an advantage

Experience with B2C and B2B or global e-commerce marketing activities
Subscription-based product marketing experience would be considered an advantage
Familiarity with IT and Business Infrastructure
Problem-solving mindset
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Adaptable to fast-paced business structure
Capability to make decisions in his respective field
Fluent in English (other languages would be considered an advantage)
