- Allocating work to mechanics and monitoring their performance;
- Planning service work and ensuring efficiency;
- Preparing estimates, determining the need for services and parts;
- Communicating with parts managers, coordinating orders;
- Ensuring the quality of work performed and managing documentation.
Employee requirements
- Technical education (in automotive mechanics, engineering or similar field);
- Experience in car service activities (as a service technician, receptionist or other position is an advantage);
- Excellent technical and organizational skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Communication skills, responsibility and result orientation;
- Ability to work in a team and manage several processes simultaneously;
- Category B driver's license.
