In our efforts to be even more customer focused and effective we are strengthening our Network Service Management team, with a Network Solution & Service Manager with focus on Enterprise Mobile Network Services.

This position is available in SE, FI, NO, DK, EE, LT.

Your next challenge?

As a Network Solution & Service Manager, you will be responsible for the E2E Network Services that our customers use every day across our 6 markets in the Nordics and Baltics. It is a key role in the Group Network organization and involves taking responsibility for all phases of the Service lifecycle, from interpretating new business requirements, through development and securing continuous operational quality. It is a senior role that involves leading cross functional activities and communicating with a large set of stakeholders across the organisation.

You will interface the Product Areas and maintain an ongoing dialogue about new business and product requirements. Within our Group Network organisation you will be responsible for specific Network Services where you will help drive development, planning and execution, as well follow up on service performance, forecasting and risks.

Competence and experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Mobile Network solutions including a detailed understanding of how Mobile Voice and Data Services are produced
  • Experience defining and delivering complex solutions
  • An ability to lead and energize people as well as nurture strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven experience from leading cross functional activities
  • Experience of SAFe framework, and ITIL is an advantage
  • Good understanding of the industry and customer insights
  • M. Sc. Degree in Engineering or equivalent education
  • Fluent English, both in writing and orally
