Job description

  • Reception and registration of telephone calls about the insured events;
  • Claims administration;
  • Customer's database administration,
  • Communication and counseling of insured clients;
  • Communication with foreign institutions and partners in respect of claims management


  • Skills in Norvegian (C1, C2 level or native ), English, (Lithuanian, Russian – advantage);
  • Good understanding of customer satisfaction and expectations;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Team player as well as ability to work independently;
  • Open-minded to a diversity of cultures;
  • Ability to prioritize and to perform multiple tasks, quick reaction, communication skills, pro-activeness, diligence, flexibility, positiveness, empathy.
