The key responsibilities:
- Meeting and communicating with guests and clients;
- Answering incoming calls;
- Administrating documents and correspondence;
- Scheduling and arranging internal and external meetings.
What we're looking for:
- University degree or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a similar administrative position;
- Strong communication and customer service orientation skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- Ability to grow within the company;
