Job description

  • organization and maintenance of the office;
  • managing incoming requests and phone calls flow;
  • communication with partners in Russian and English;
  • company documentation and correspondence management;
  • preparation of documents in Russian and English;
  • assisting colleagues in preparing commercial offers and other documentation;
  • organization and recording of internal meetings;
  • assistance in organizing formal meetings and events;
  • oversight of office supplies;
  • organization of business trips;
  • other administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements

  • compulsory knowledge of the clerical rules;
  • good computer skills;
  • fluency in Lithuanian and Russian (written and oral); good English (written and oral) skills;
  • excellent communication skills, responsibility, flexibility;
  • organizational skills, quick orientation;
  • at least one year of administrative work experience.

Salary

900-1600 €/mon. gross
