Our client Evisit.eu is a leader in the field of e-learning/ professional development of medical professionals in the Baltic States. It is an e-learning platform for healthcare professionals, used by the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and more than 20,000 healthcare professionals in the Baltic States. Currently, the company is looking for a OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Ensuring smooth office performance;
Document preparation and corespondence handling;
Incoming and outgoing calls and email management;
Administration of company’s website – platform;
Assistance in organizing and participating in seminars and conferences;
Preparation documents for confirmation educational materials in the ministry;
Cooperation with partners: Universities and pharmaceutical companies;
Organising registration processes in conferences;
For 80% percents work in team 20% work independent;
Accountancy pre-work;
And for other small team work.
Requirements
WE HOPE YOU:
have similar work experience for 1+ year;
have University/college education in administration, marketing, health administration or other field;
have excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (written and oral);
are computer literate: you are good at MS Word, MS Excel and Cloud platforms (Google drive, Dropbox);
you are polite, responsible, accurate, loyal, communicable team player with excellent time planning skills;
have excellent speaking on the phone manners.
