Job description

The Online Reputation Manager (ORM) is responsible for driving customer reviews to third-party review platforms to ensure a steady, consistent flow of feedback. The ORM will lead our ratings ⭐️and review efforts across all brands and all third party platforms. In addition to leading these programs, the ORM will be charged with proactive enhancements to the tools, processes and programs that are being used.🚀

What will you do?

✍️ Create a streamlined review solicitation strategy across brands that drives customer feedback conjunction with third party providers such as Trustpilot.
📈 Actively engage in the monitoring of brand conversations and develop reporting and engagement policies to help enhance our brand’s reputations.
🚀 Develop and keep internal reputation management matrix up to date and organised, serving as a tool for internal stakeholders to see active and inactive review platforms for each brand.
👩‍🎨 Work with cross functional teams to develop calendars and feedback loops
🔎 Using search engine optimisation techniques to help positive stories about product and other content rank higher in popular search engines such as Google, and, conversely, moving down negative mentions.
📧 Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
🌟 Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
➜ Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
🖥 Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.


If you have some or all of the below, we want to talk to you!

📍Previous experience with working with Trustpilot or other customer review platforms;

📍Perfect English Skills;

📍Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues;

📍Experience either within social media agencies or within digital/social media departments in creative and strategic brands;

📍Experience in social media listening, insights tools, analytics, reporting;

📍An understanding of the social web, including blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, photo/video sharing, ratings and reviews etc;

📍Experience in leveraging social media with consumer support, and working with consumer support teams;

📍Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution. conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
