Job description

Main responsibilities:
  • make travel arrangements, provide general administrative support;
  • monitor inflow and outflow of email communication;
  • working on reports for company Manager and
  • dealing with company partners including coordination of the actions, invoicing, tracking of orders and
warehouse status;
  • coordination of logistics (outsourced and inhouse);


  • Fluent English and Lithuanian, other languages considered as advantage;
  • Flexible, highly motivated and trustworthy person able to operate with limited supervision;
  • High energy level to cope with frequent change and the stamina to work hard.
