We are looking for an Organizational Development Partner to take on challenge of managing various organization development projects and practices. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of Girteka Logistics Organizational Development strategy
  • Deliver key projects and training programs that will drive both cultural and behavioral change across company
  • Contribute to Talent Management, Leadership Development, People engagement, Performance Management and Succession Planning, Mentorship, Career Path implementation and other organizational development initiatives; own several of these processes and manage their implementation in the organization
  • Work closely with other Organizational Development Partners, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to increase capacity of employees through the identification of best practices, systems and programs that will increase effectiveness and business results
  • Conduct training needs’ assessments, recommending and implementing programs to support key skills’ development
  • Periodically conduct after-action reviews on solution implementations to ensure fit for purpose has been achieved and consistency and quality are being delivered

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Organizational Development, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience in an international company
  • Hands-on experience with at least several of the following practices: leadership development, performance management and succession planning, people engagement, change management and/or HR communications
  • Ability to build relationships, influence and gain commitment of business stakeholders, and provide guidance, drive change, and produce results through others
  • Exceptional analytical skills and capacity for critical thinking, organization skills, project planning
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages and possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. Other foreign language is considered as an advantage
