Nature of work:
We are looking for a department manager who would not be a “desk worker”, but a real leader in the hall – someone who sees the entire rhythm of the cafe’s work, is able to manage the team in real time, creates a strong atmosphere and ensures the highest level of guest experience.
This is a position for someone who enjoys communication, dynamics, staff development, and has a strong sense of responsibility and goal-setting.

Your responsibilities:
- You will organize, control and ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- You will lead the cafe team, help it grow and feel strong.
- You will ensure that everything runs smoothly - from guest service to behind-the-scenes work;
- You will train new team members and share experience with existing ones;
- You will perform administrative work (schedules, timesheets, collections, inventory - your responsibility);
- You will work in shifts on a rolling schedule (day, night shifts) to be a real example - from cleanliness to service quality.
- You will implement the tasks assigned by the manager and contribute to the implementation of goals;
- You will maintain a good atmosphere, help solve situations creatively and sincerely;
- I will educate the team and guests about our innovations.
What we are looking for:
- Leadership experience in the catering or service sector.
- Ability to combine leadership with demandingness, ensuring high standards, while inspiring the team to common goals.
- High emotional intelligence and communication.
- Responsibility, organization, initiative, positivity and determination, flexibility to change.
- Understanding that additional sales, guest experience and team growth are your area.
