Monthly salary: €2,120.00 - €3,180.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize scheduled maintenance of electric vehicles and troubleshooting in accordance with safety, quality and industry standards, ensure compliance with processes
- Lead the shift team, be able to form, motivate, develop and ensure its readiness for maintenance of new and existing vehicles
- Implement LEAN principles in the shift (5S, Kaizen, Whiteboards), initiate and implement process improvement actions together with the team
- Plan, assign and account for work and materials in IT systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability, analyze and improve maintenance documentation
- Ensure workplace safety, implement risk management measures
- Cooperate with other shifts, departments and partners, ensuring smooth work transfer and information flow
What do we expect?
- Higher/postgraduate education in the field of technological sciences
- Work experience in manufacturing or vehicle technical in the field of supervision
- Work experience in a company operating according to LEAN principles (advantage)
- Ability to manage information, accumulate, systematize, summarize and prepare conclusions
- Microsoft Office 365 skills, ability to quickly master specific IT systems
- Electrical equipment worker qualification certificate for work up to 35 kV (advantage)
- Fluent Lithuanian and English skills at B1 level
- Initiative, communication skills, ability to make decisions and act independently
