Danish brand PANDORA is looking for an inspiring, experienced Store Manager for its newly opened state-of-the-art concept store. We expect from you:
- Effective management of the newly assembled team, ensuring the smooth operation of the store
- Ability to analyze KPI indicators and strong motivation to achieve set sales goals, you take actions that would improve the store's profit
- Effective distribution and delegation of tasks among team members
- Responsibilities for recruiting, motivating and training store employees
- Ensuring the quality level of customer service
- Monitoring the stock of goods and ensuring the placement of jewelry according to brand standards
- Preparation and management of shop activity documents, including financial reports, inventory records and work schedules that meet business needs and budget
- Operative and professional solution of the problems that have arisen
- Ensuring control of Pandora brand standards and adherence to its values both inside the store and when interacting with customers
Requirements for a new manager:
- You have sales and team management experience (at least one year of experience as a store manager is mandatory)
- You are ambitious, you take the initiative, you are motivated by achieving results
- You speak and write Lithuanian well, you have knowledge of English (English is mandatory)
- You can work a flexible schedule (usually from 9:00-18:00 and once a week from 12:00-21:00), including 2 Saturdays or one weekend per month.

Additional information:
You have the opportunity to work 40 hours/week. flexible schedule including evenings and 2 Saturdays per month.
