Nature of work

  • Selection/search of project part managers, managing the preparation of building projects, ensuring a smooth design process;
  • Management of the processes of preparation of technical projects, work projects, implementation of project manager functions, coordination of project part managers, supervision of project execution;
  • Communication with customers, project part developers, other project or construction participants;
  • Preparation of reports, technical or other documentation, conducting meetings (discussions);
  • Checking the compatibility of different project parts;
  • Control of the project part development schedule and identification of potential risks;
  • Coordination of projects being prepared with institutions, obtaining construction permit documents;
  • Independent preparation of project part(s) (advantage);
  • Calculation of contract work estimates (advantage).

Employee requirements

  • You have a higher education in the field of construction or engineering;
  • You have a qualification certificate of a Special Construction Project Manager (construction group – non-residential buildings) and Maintenance Works (advantage);
  • You are familiar with design and construction processes, construction technical regulations, hygiene standards, fire safety regulatory rules;
  • You know how to work with AutoCad, Office and other computer programs (advantage – Revit (or other BIM-suitable programs) or experience in participating in BIM projects);
  • You have good oral and written English skills;
  • You have very good time planning and organizational skills;
  • You should have a category B driver's license and practical driving experience;
  • Independent preparation of project part(s) of residential, public, production or other purpose projects (advantage);
  • Construction cost calculation (advantage).
