Is this your next opportunity?

As a People Analyst, you'll work within the new People Analytics team to empower business leaders and Business HR with data and insights to better understand and improve their organizations. You will be a key player in creating and visualizing insights connected to our strategic direction for relevant stakeholders. The People Analytics team acts as an internal innovation lab, using analytical approaches to make sure Telia continues to be a great place to work. As an analyst you'll be detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious. You're a strong problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done. You will work closely to our Digital Solutions team to safeguard relevant reporting and dashboard structure based on business needs and insights. And on top of it all, you're someone who wonders "What if? and then seeks out the solution.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scope and create analytical plans and use cases by collecting and combining information from different data sources based on business needs and execute them. Act as a thought partner to design and measure the impact of surveys, experiments, and interventions.
  • Manipulate and analyze large datasets to distill insights from data and convey findings to executive audiences. Create effective, scalable, and easy to understand insights boards
  • Build relationships and collaborate with teammates, business leaders, and people community to solve organizational problems.
  • Prioritize work to manage multiple workstreams, challenging situations, and new information.
  • Work through ambiguity (e.g., create structure from nothing, develop deadlines), and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations, using creative, structured, and analytical thinking.

You are independent with a strong analytical drive. Still, you are a team player that appreciate an inclusive team environment. You have worked in a matrix structure with conflicting priorities with great energy to move forward. It is great if you understand our industry, how we work and our products. Your experience:

  • Experienced. You’ve done this before. +2 years HR systems experience and of analytics and visualization tools, preferably Qlik and/or Tableau.
  • Technically minded; a spreadsheet whiz. You are an advanced user of Excel. You’re also proficient in tools that help eliminate manual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating to ensure greater operational efficiency.
  • User-focused. You see solutions where others see problems. You are always looking for ways to make improvements and continuously simplify the candidate and employee experience.
  • Unfazed. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, change directions with the business and effectively communicate with business executives.
  • Quick-thinking. You are a clever and creative person who reacts quickly and decisively.
  • Story teller. You enjoy turning people related data and insights into a story.
