We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Performance Junior Specialist to join our Marketing team in Vilnius. In this role, your tasks will expand and change as the company evolves and grows. We are a dynamic team and we move quickly!
Main tasks & responsibilities:

- Technical setup for Google and Facebook channels;
- Marketing campaigns optimization;
- Data Analysis
- Ensuring successful performance of the campaigns
- Testing different value propositions across all the channels
- Learning New optimization techniques
We’re looking for someone with…
- Bachelors degree in any of the following fields: Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, IT etc...or someone with a good understanding of numbers!
- Great English skills in reading, writing and speaking since we have colleagues all over the world;
- Analytical mindset;
- Excellent understanding of Excel;
- Excellent work planning skills and capability to deliver tasks on time;
- Capability to move fast and personally grow within the company.
