Vilnius Waldorf Open School, located in New Vilnius, is looking for brave and open-minded people to work with primary school students!
What do we expect from you:
● Waldorf pedagogy is close to you;
● You will apply experiential learning and Waldorf pedagogy methods at work;
● You have a Waldorf teacher qualification or are ready to acquire it;
● You have a primary school teacher qualification or are ready to acquire it;
● You have a higher education and a teacher qualification or are ready to acquire it within the first two years of work;
● You are a person who is constantly learning and striving for personal development;
● You enjoy working with children, you are a patient, creative and positive person;
● You are able to work in a team, cooperate and adhere to agreements;
● You will actively join the school's teaching staff, contribute to the school's growth with your own initiatives.

Vilnius Waldorf Open School is a community, non-profit educational institution. The school is built with the hands and hearts of the children's parents and teachers, and its growth is supported by the Association of Waldorf Schools in Lithuania, with advice from Waldorf pedagogy experts from abroad.
In September 2016, the school opened its doors to a small group of first-graders. Now the school grows by one class every year, and this year the oldest are ninth-graders. The number of students is increasing - the need for teachers and other specialists is increasing.
