Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- To form and manage the operational architecture of the LTG Competence Center, ensuring a unified standard and the relevance of data and documentation
- To model new and improve existing processes, achieving efficiency and better customer experience
- To initiate and implement operational efficiency initiatives
- To increase the level of process digitalization, initiating process automation/robotization solutions and preparing the documentation necessary for their implementation
- To participate in audits, projects, problem-solving sessions, provide consultations and training
- To analyze process indicators, assess changes and their causes, provide recommendations
- To ensure clear communication, stakeholder engagement and adherence to deadlines
What do we expect?
- Experience in the field of process management and efficiency
- Practical experience working with process modeling, analysis and management tools (ARIS - an advantage)
- Experience in implementing process automation/robotization solutions
- Operational architecture management knowledge of principles and experience in applying them (advantage)
- Initiative, analytical thinking, clear communication and orientation towards value creation
- Responsibility, ability to independently plan and manage workload, effectively solve problems and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Higher university education
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
