Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • preparation and implementation of procurement guidelines and documentation
  • creating company based framework and document templates for effective procurement process
  • everyday support and assistance to employees conducting procurements
  • participation in procurement process and in procurement committees
  • regularly checking the correction of procurement documentation and compliance to regulations
  • maintaining the procurement data and documentation
  • responsibility for assuring correct procurement reporting
  • proactive interaction with ERGO Group for searching cost saving options for ERGO Baltics
  • regular review of long term procurement contracts and keeping track of the market to make suggestions
about changing the vendors

Key Qualifications:

  • experience in procurement process
  • understanding the procurement principles
  • punctuality concerning maintaining documentation
  • excellent cooperation skills
  • excellent knowledge of English both oral and written
  • advanced level user of MS Office programs
