About the position

As a Procurement Support Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the Procure-to-Pay process, and your main focus area will be communicating with internal clients and vendors, supporting employees and navigating through procurement operation routines in a dynamic and changing environment. You will contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports to internal/external stakeholders. Together with other team members you will also work on process improvements.

Your profile

To succeed in your role with us, you should have experience in customer service. Studies in Finance/Business Administration or related field would be beneficial. In addition to that, we expect that you are positive, willing to learn new things, find it easy to communicate and cooperate, also have inherent service-minded attitude and attention to details. Ability to multitask would be highly valuable. Not the least, you are in friendly relations with MS Office and fluent in English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1300 EUR – 1800 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
