In this position, you will be responsible for advising internal company employees on IT issues and maintaining systems. You will be entrusted with ensuring the smooth operation of business management systems, troubleshooting, installing updates, and collaborating with a team of programmers. This is a role that requires a foundation of technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly solve problems in a dynamic environment. Working hours are organized on a rolling schedule.
Your responsibilities:
- Consult company employees on IT issues by phone and e-mail;
- Maintain business management systems and programs, troubleshoot observed problems;
- Communicate with the programming department, document and escalate software errors;
- Install prepared updates and fixes in internal systems;
- Ensure smooth operation of IT processes and provide recommendations for their improvement.

- You have a higher education in information technology (can be a final year student);
- You can provide examples of how you solved IT problems and ensured the operation of systems;

- You communicate fluently in English;
- You know how to plan your time and work according to a flexible work schedule.
