We are currently looking for a responsible and independent design project manager who would coordinate design processes from the initial idea to project implementation and ensure smooth project coordination/development, adherence to deadlines and quality.
We are currently looking for a responsible and independent design project manager who would coordinate design processes from the initial idea to project implementation and ensure smooth project coordination/development, adherence to deadlines and quality.
Main responsibilities:
- Project coordination and supervision at all stages
- Preparation and coordination of design contracts
- Communication with architects, engineers and institutions
- Supervision of the preparation of design documentation
- Control of project deadlines and budget
- Ensuring a smooth design process
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education in the field of architecture
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Experience in project coordination or management
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design programs – (advantage)
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Knowledge of legal regulations related to design
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
