Nature of work:

  • Examining and optimizing project documentation.
  • Calculating and checking quantities of materials and works.
  • Preparation of tender materials of subcontractors and transfer to the purchasing department.
  • Checking the acts of works performed by subcontractors and bringing them to the common databases of the company.
  • Organization of subcontracting and materials tenders if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Has a higher engineering education.
  • You have a good knowledge of construction processes.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in construction management.
  • Responsibility, independence and motivation are qualities close to you.
  • Has experience in preparing tender materials.
