Nature of work
- Organization and supervision of store installation works in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland;
- Preparation of estimates for construction, repair, finishing works, search and approval of contractors;
- Organization of construction, finishing works and control of work execution;
- Organization and management of insurance, security contracts;
- Control of company car insurance contracts, timely renewal of contracts;
- Management of the employee team; organization and distribution of work,
- Supervision and quality control of the work performed;
- Preparation of commercial computer equipment;
You will need it
- be able to organize the installation of new stores, repair and renovation works;
- analyze projects, drawings and other technical materials;
- know construction and furniture materials;
- be able to cooperate and work in a team;
- category "B" driver's license;
- knowledge of English, Russian;
- patience, pedantry, diligence and self-control. 😊
