Job description

  • Individual employee consultations;
  • Employees support after working with violent video content;
  • Planning and developing a wellness strategy, leading multiple initiatives and core processes in respective sites, including mental health awareness, nutrition, physical activity, etc.;
  • Work with other site coordinators for driving Mental health and wellbeing, focusing on increasing resiliency and reducing risks in the Content Moderation space;
  • Collecting and reporting data for the purpose of program evaluation;
  • Continuously improving strategy and program effectiveness through measurement, feedback, and insights.
  • Running skills groups to teach healthy coping skills and resiliency;

Requirements

  • Russian language C1, English B2;
  • Master's Degree in Psychology;
  • One year experience within the field of counseling to include individual, group, and crisis management service;
  • Technical knowledge of health and insurance and wellness benefits;
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills;
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
