Job description

Pyntaberget Hotel in Norway is searching for Reception Administrator.
You will be our face for hotel guests, so we hope from you to give full effort to your job and do your best as Reception Administrator for our guests.

Work in hotel reception;
Room reservation coordination;
Meeting and accommodating clients;
Invoicing;
Work with cashier;
Providing all information clients need.

Requirements

Very good English knowledge;
Open minded and helpful person;
Responsible;
Thoroughness;
Punctuality;
Flexibility;
Ability to response quickly in emergency situations.

Work experience in hotel reception would be big advantage. You will have advantage if you know other languages like Norwegian, Russian and etc.

We offer

1200 EUR;
Accommodation and meals 3 times per day;
All social guarantees;
Friendly staff;
Work start – immediately until end of October with possibility to prolong contract.
