- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Be responsible for job contracts.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) or in a similar role;
- Ability speak and write English (Russian is a great benefit);
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Driving licenses.
