Job description

  • Identify the demand of human resources for vacant positions;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify the role’s key duties and core competencies along with any educational or certification requirements before posting the job and opening it to applicants;
  • Create job posting, identify potential candidates and conduct interviews;
  • Prepare reports related to the results of recruitment efforts and activities;
  • Co-ordinate the recruitment process and on-boarding process and perform it in accordance with company established standards and procedures;
  • Process human resource data and administrate the database;
  • Assist in preparing human resource documentation related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating;
  • Provide proper employee entry and dismissal of staff and carry out all related procedures;
  • Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employ-ees;
  • Maintain relationships with partners;
  • Draw-up and control the budgets related to employees’ recruitment, on-boarding, and assist in other specific areas related to human resources.


  • Higher education;
  • 6 months of job-related experience;
  • Computer based knowledge;
  • English language knowledge;
  • Good spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
